Troubleshooting Tips:
- Ensure the red emergency stop button is not engaged.
- Ensure the bolts that secure the hopper are tightened all the way. One of them needs to
make a connection with a safety switch.
Important Notes: - Do not put your hand inside the loading hopper.
- Do not put your hand into the product unloading mouth.
- Always unplug the apple breaker before removing the hopper.
- The machine must be placed on a dry level floor, out of the reach of children.
- Keep children or irresponsible people away from the electrical parts.
- It is best to avoid external contact between the motor and any type of liquid.
Instructions for Use: - Before starting work, give it a quick clean, being careful not to wet the motor.
- Disengage the red emergency stop button.
- Flip the switch to start the apple breaker.
- Place a container under the unloading mouth to catch the product.
- When the machine is operating, it is advisable to keep away from the end of the cone, so
as to prevent any splashes of product from striking your face or hands.
Cleaning Instructions: - Unplug the Apple Breaker
- Remove the hopper, and spray with a hose, ensuring the electrical box and motor do not
get too wet. - Some bits of apple may be stuck around the blades. Carefully remove them if the hose
won’t, ensuring not to cut yourself.
